@Sharonannriley Perfectly timed vid, loved it. Are we going to have two hearts in our new body? Have you heard of anyone getting a second heart for the left side? I had a weekend of very exagerated emotions and in the midts of it all, I get a second heart? Very strage to me.

@gaiafirst Hi. Thank you for your comment. What the GFL have told me so far is that our hearts will increase in size. The reduction of water in the Human body is to be replaced with crystalline, this requires a somewhat larger heart. Crystalline moves at faster rate that our human plasma. The activations / upgrades have no set timeline. It is a complex process and more of an individual one - depending on one's spiritual lineage. Hope this helps. Blessings

Im very glad i found this as for the past 3 days iv been feeling like vomiting...it wasnt a normal feeling iv had headaches so iv been placing amathyst on my head to releive the pain ^o^ this video has explained why i have these feelings....i have lost my usual coordination like i cant put sugar into a cup :s i am also randomly falling alseep i may be sitting at the pc and i just sleep its like somthing is pushing my head down :o  thank u s much for sharing this information ^o^ peace love n lite

@gnosticlite I am glad the transmission helped. I feel you need a lighter crystal; you need Angelite crystal (formed from Celestine) it is has a less abrasive healing harmonic. As you climb the higher realms your body becomes more sensitive; I feel this will be more suitable for you. Watch your intake of caffeine,sugars and alcohol...this is a spiritually deep cleansing period so it would be best to avoid those mentioned. Many Blessings to you!

HI.. I was wondering how many people on earth are "ascending"?. I wonder because for me it is a real ongoing turbulent process; this year was a personal tsunami.. but I haven´t found people in my surroundings experiencing this.. they all seem pretty normal.

@Mrm7771 Thank you for your comment. The path of "ascension" or choice to the authentic-self - is a choice. Every person on the planet is in a different stage of their journey; some are not ready, some are happy to remain in the old reality and many are not sure. To stand in your authentic truth takes courage and fortitude; I am sure that through your example you will share your light and touch others with unconditional love.

@sharonannriley, I've spent my life a little skeptical of things I couldn't see or touch. My mother was a spiritual sensitive, and I think that I began to be frightened by some of the things I didn't understand. I began to resent it... So I sewed shut my "third eye" if u will. Of coarse the happenings as of late have awakened me.. And as an adult it felt as though a damn broke. Holding back a river of wisdom that I always possessed, but couldn't see.. I realize now that I carry the same spiritu

@Sharonannriley-I wish I had viewed your video on Monday. Early Monday morning around 4am EST I woke up to go to the bathroom and I felt fine. I finally had a good nights sleep. A few minutes later I felt this energy flow through me which was peaceful and calm but all of a sudden out of nowhere I got very sick to my stomach and started vomiting and was very tired. I thought I had a stomach virus. 24 hours later, a little sore and weak, but I felt like nothing was wrong with me. Thank you, Roy

@Sharonannriley Thank you very much for your advise ^o^ i will try and find a angellite crystal ^o^ xxxx i will also watch my intake of caffeine :D for a few years now if i drink alachol even one sip i get ill :s its weird so i have cut alcahol outof my diet completly :D xxxx much love peace and light xxxx
