Sorry for my lamest movie ever, experimenting with my Hi Def Web Cam..
No Tomatoes in the house no problem for Semi Home Made Salsa.
Recipe;
2 Cans Tomato and Green Chilies (Rotel type)
Half Red Onion
Half Red pepper, Green pepper or yellow pepper
2 pinches Margarita Salt (Find near Margarita mix in the grocery store)
Lime Juice (Squeeze half a lime)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil (I forgot to add in the video) The olive oil gives it a smoother taste..
MIx all together in Food Processor for a more liquid Salsa. That's how my kids like it.
Hot Peppers to taste. This salsa was Hot. I added three peppers.. One Peter Pepper, and two Kung Pao

  • ~ I make versions of this all the time ~

    Yours looks better than most of the Take out/Delivery pizza places around us!

    Those crusts make great Garlic Bread too:

    Just rub with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, pepper, basil & parsley.
