Juicing session. In this video, I discuss a nutritious fresh tropical drink using ingredients mango, pineapple, papaya and ginger. As a self professed naturopath, I spend a lengthy amount of time exploring, learning and researching different natural ingredients and remedies that are essential for the body. I enjoy making and coming up with various fruit and vegetable juice recipes and decided to share this particular one. This video also speaks about the nutrients in mango, pineapple, ginger, and pineapple and why they are key fruits for combating inflammatory conditions.

The Juicer used in this video is a Breville Ikon Juicer. Hey, I have the exact same juicer!!! Unfortunately I've only used it once! I'm trying to figure out a recipe to make my juice taste like V8 Splash, the Berry Blend. Can you help me figure that out? I actually don't like fruits but I'm trying to get more in me somehow, and since I like the V8 Splash I'm going to try and duplicate that. Any suggestions?

@n2xrcise Oh man! You've gotta use it more often. I'm aware of V8's juice. I guess you can use a mixture of different berries. They put high fructose corn syrup in that juice which is basically great tasting poison...lol but berries, maybe some pears, apples. I'll try to come up with something and do a video on it!

Great vid! I have a Breville as well and I love it but I don't use it anywhere near as much as I need to! I'm going to try this with a little less papaya and mango. They don't agree with my stomach after a few bites.

I have the jack lalanne power juicer and I mostly vegetables. It's good but it'd probably work alot better if I had a breville.
