obviously criminals are going to break the law that's what they do for a living. So even with guns outlawed they will still shoot up innocent people to get their next fix. So innocent people are left unarmed to be victims of a failed system. Even when confronted with police they will shoot at them too because all they care about is getting high. I am thankful every day I live in a country where I can legally carry a gun for protection because I can't carry a police officer around with me.

The people in the speed trap cars and vans arent police officers. Why was the bloke carrying a chair leg in a plastic bag?-he had told people that it was a shotgun.He had previous for firearms offences, had told people that he had a shotgun in the bag and when "Armed police-stand still" was shouted at him he raised the "gun", turned and pointed it at them! Im sorry but if they hadnt shot him then theyd have been mad - I know I wouldve done so.
