In Part one I have my first session at Side Show Tattoos in Georgetown Ontario. Rachel Telles shows me around her shop and answers some of my questions regarding the health and safety issues of tattooing. Rachel begins the Japanese tattoo on my forearm.
Public awareness documentary about the Canadian tattoo industry and it's lack of regulations to protect the public from a pandemic of blood-borne deceases. We need to make our voices heard to the politicians. If you are looking to get some tattoo work done please watch this, there might be some info you weren't aware of!
Thats great that they go through all the steps to show they are trying to keep everybody safe.I would feel good getting a tattoo at a shop that tries hard put their customers at ease (plus seeing the condition of their sterilization area. NOTE: Look at thie Autoclave carefully and see if it looks like it is maintained(Clean in Chamber and trays and outward appearance like they take care of it. ASK IF THEY DO SPORE TESTS-VERY IMPORTANT) .A good repore with artist is also very important.
