Just a couple of cut tests of my newly finished katana sword, that I made.The steel is leaf spring, the seppa and habaki are copper and the tsuba is aluminum, also, the tsuka is 15" cocobolo scales with a synthetic wrap ito.

very nice craftsman ship! You should make them to sell, there's money in swords of that quality.
