CSA basis it's calculations on fathers income which is unrealistic.

I have had FRO in court since Nov 2011. And in Jan 2012 they say that 5.3 million has been charged above child support. We the support payers have paid taxes on that and taken from us what else are they hiding. What do are MP AND MPP do about this. How many more support payer are to fall to the governments who needs a war when we have FRO. Call FRO for a director statement of arrears look at what you have been charged and what you have paid look for there arrears. What do are news paper think.

The amount they say I owe is false.I will attempt to prove this with thier own records..I understand that you cant fix a corrupt system if its corrypt and have the power a regular citizen does not.Thanks god bless and Time will heal This travesty of GODS LAWS! I owe 79,938.00 I will most likely spend the rest of my life in jail.I am 41 years old.And i have remarried and have a 3 year old daughter.So my life with my daughter will be one from a double sided window.However i wont get to actually see or talk with her till she reaches of age to even visit me.My 2 boys are both now 18 and 21.both have graduated.One is in the marines and the other is a bum.I havent seen either in 12 years.I will not take my life.GOD will judge and punish the wicked!

I got 3 years parole because of child support. Now I am a felon. It's hard to find a job because of it. Now I just got back from prison,I live in Texas..I had to go back to court in Missouri to get a warrant dropped.Now I got 3 years probation.It's never going to end.And they consider you a criminal just because you had one of God's creatures on Earth.Even God is shaking his head and saying this is wrong what they are doing to people.

people , its not the courts but the government that is corrupt.... these men died in vain due to a corrupt government that has sold the soul of this nation and is destroying its constitution and families... When will it stop , How long can they choke the life out of the American father and son before we fight back with the yell of FREEDOM !!!

@kisskissbangbang44 You are wrong. Under the old system mothers on benefits would receive just £10 a week extra from the NRP even though he would be asessed at 30% of his wages.

They are just a corrupt bunch of cnuts who you can't reason with.

I too have considered this way out. Unemployed at 45 and 165 dollars a week after child support is not enough to survive on while mom is getting her over 800 a month CS & working part-time. The one that cheated and won custody no less while I was killing myself working out of town so she could be home with the child. The courts don't give a damn about circumstances or morals, only about money at no literal sense of the cost to the NCP
