My hubby wants to open his own place too. Good luck in the biz. It can be tough, but the key is to find one kind of food and do it well. Since he loves to grill, opening a grill seems perfect for him. We got our place named, too. His last name is Penn, so we're calling it Penn Station. We're going to cater to people looking for a nice getaway from work. We've got a great gimmick to attract people, but it's hush hush cuz we don't want anyone stealing our idea. If I'm ever in NY, I'll look you up!
