Great job on the bike man. Quick question about taking the tire off. Do you think you could have gotten the tire out by deflating it and not removing the front fender?

I'm thinking of adding a white wall to the front to change things up a bit. I'll give your suggestion a try.

Cali? Why didn't you just use a local powdercoater?

I didn't trust the local powder coater to do the job right. I sent them down to HD Wheels (who specializes in wheels) where they disassembled, powder coated, reassembled (with new nipples), and trued the spokes.

What kind of camera do you have?

It's a Canon HV20 - a HD consumer camera I bought about 3 years ago.

how did you put the nightster on that jack? My kick stand seems to be getting in the way, i have the same craftsman jack.
