You're IDIOTS!... GET OUT OF MY ROOM RIGHT NOW! SAY HI TO BRAD GARRETT!

Its a mild form of autism that makes a person have difficultly in social situations like Michael MacDonald's character here in this sketch. Like his character here in this sketch many people with Aspergers or assburgers as you call it have an usually huge knowledge of information subjects like math, science, comics and in Larry's ccasse actors along with movies. They obsess over it so much it makes them unusual to other people around them.
