They learned technique wrong, because it was a mystery until my technique came along. Now there is only one way to run. It is a little bit of what everyone does subconsciously. You run by the slant of your leg not by a push or by the tilt of your upper body.
Just standing without pushing is how everyone runs. When they try to push, they still only run without the push, because it is impossible to push. You learned to run subconsciously as a baby by falling and hopping to your parents' arms. Try to take the same strides with pushing and without pushing and you will see that you run at the same speed both ways. You will find it easier to run when you eliminate the push.
You would be amazed at how many significant skills there are to do in each stride. They will, improve your performance, and avoid injury. For instance you never noticed that the foot stands in place for an instance while the top of the leg carries a vertical or tilted body from behind the foot to in front of the foot. The leg moves you like a vaulting pole. Walk slowly with long strides and it will be easier to see the vault.
There are two types of strides for walking, running and sprinting, which are all the same activity with different speeds. One type of stride increases speed exponentially with each step to get to your pace. The second type of stride maintains the pace evenly.
The coaches can tell you anything they want to and you will believe them when you don't know any better. They select runners with so-called natural talent and train them hard. With the Jack Nirenstein Gravity Running Technique that talent can be learned better than with the champions' natural talent. The record breaking champions didn't know the technique they used to win or they would have made this video. The technique they used was reaching the fast pace and then maintaining it subconsciously my way. Most runners train hard and never get fast.
Since coaches didn't know the technique to run, how can the know how to train?
You can make sure whether my gravity walking, running and sprinting technique is truly the one and only technique that you can actually use for all speeds of self transport. Check out the largest running publication. Ask the officials of Runners World magazine if they have another technique that will move you forward without using gravity. Im sure you will find that you cant even take one step forward without falling ahead of your foot. Thats what gravity does...makes you fall when standing off balance. Nobody noticed that the body moves from behind the foot a shorter distance than it does ahead of the foot. That is an off balance standing time. The jump lifts you to fall forward instead of down by gravitys force. I have gotten one response from them. It says that the editors have tried running with gravity and couldnt do it. Please let me know what technique they use instead, and if you think it will work at all without using gravity. Thank you. Jack Nirenstein email: runouterlimits@aol.com

really wish i could meet everyone associated with the making of this video, so I could show them how dumb they are.... Do any of the current or recent champion runners run like this? I don't think so

Actually science is proving landing on the front of your feet first actually puts less stress on your body and allows more power to continue with your body.
A tribe over in Africa sparked the research due to their ability to run 200+ miles in 48 hours and not just their young are able to do this but also the older members are capable of doing these feats. Its crazy stuff but maybe they got it right.

A lot of coaches are crying too. My gravity technique is irrefutable and observable science. Coaches will eventually have to teach the right way to run.
