Clarifications
Rod floors are made of fibreglass rods, and double layouts mid pass become a whole lot easier when you're on those. Also, in cheerleading rules, only one flip and 2 twists allowed per flip.
I challenge you TarynAlisha, show me a video of a gymnast on a spring floor (not rod) throwing double layout in the middle of a pass. (I can on rod floor... Just thought I'd get back to you).
