This sequence isn't done very well. It could be so much more horrific. For instance, there should be constant screams and sobbing, begging, etc, echoing through the facility from all the people being mutiliated before and after you.
Like, imagine if you saw the person on the cart in front of you going 'OH NO, NO NO NO NO NO NOAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!' as the saw blade came down and took their legs off.

One of the best moments in gaming history. Such a wicked idea and so well done. How you see the guy in front of you get modified and you see whats gonna happen to you. Sweet game.
