He is from Belgium, his mother leguage is french, but he is a maestro, so he must have that diction on every lenguage he sings

This is a great film! I wish they would release it on DVD or Blu-ray soon. I lent my VHS copy to someone and never got it back. Now it is out of print!

o forse sono io che tendo all'intolleranza... comunque sia, stiamo parlando di un grande cantante che personalmente ammiro molto.

Hai ragione sulle erre,ma credo sia un eccesso di pronuncia dovuto al fatto che nella sua lingua madre la erre è molto 'sfumata' Mi riferivo più che altro al fatto che spesso gli stranieri criticano la pronuncia italiana prendendo grosso granchi;non è il tuo caso,certo,ma se ci fai caso ce ne sono molti.
forse tendo a perdonare troppo gli errori di dizione...

Carissimo, sono italiano anch'io, ma residente negli Stati Uniti. Mi pare strano che tu non ti accorga degli errori di dizione commessi da questo cantante. Ti assicuro che amo molto la sua voce, ma resto spesso deluso dalla mancanza di cura nella pronuncia dell'italiano. A me le doppie R al posto sbagliato danno molto fastidio. Forse perché, in quanto cantante italiano residente qui, mi capita di sentire questo tipo di errore troppo spesso e non ne posso più.

I am so very fortunate to have been able to acquire a copy of the DVD, now one of my very favorite. Jose's tone, phrasing, and musicality are marvelous.

I'm italian,and I don't understand why US people so often criticize Italian diction of singers.After all,their mother language is English,I guess...
I understand every word and I assure you that the double consonants are exactly where they must be,except perhaps some too rolled "R" 's.
