Tom Peters tells it like it is: The calendar never lies. You can claim something is your priority, but if your calendar doesn't reflect it, you're lying to yourself.
One of the best messages I have heard for a very long time. Sounds so simple but if put into effect, it will make a massive difference to your productivity around a certain issue.
THE CHECKBOOK NEVER LIES EITHER! Reminds me of a story I recently read: "The simple fact is, time and money are limited resources that can materially affect the quality of our lives, so how we spend them reveals what's really important to us. If you knew that your character would be judged by the choices reflected in your calendar and checkbook, would you spend either your time or money differently?"
How much would you charge me to review my calendar with my once a month? ☺
I need to apply this right now and look at how much time I waste
