A Proper iPod Ad Tutorial *With the Wires!*

PLEASE READ****

No, there is not a better way to do this. This is the best way. No other tutorial covers how to get the wires in the video. putting blue fabric around the wires will inhibit movement, and possibly ruin the headphones. You can wear dark clothing, but your skin, unless you are actually black, will be much brighter than your clothing. the idea is to get the contrast between the headphones and the dancer up, highlighting the headphones. This is really the only way to correctly execute the effect, WITH THE HEADPHONES

The picture is sorta squished due to compression.

What you need: a couple tubes of black face paint, costs under $5 USD, Greenscreen, Final Cut (or other programs like After effects, Premier, etc...) dancers with prefereably dark hair and clothing

I'm sorry that is just a horrible way to do it, the actual commercials they add two chroma keys, they invert one of them to make the dancer completely black, they then go frame by frame and color in the ipod.

Why go frame by frame? This is a good deal cheaper and a whole lot faster.
