I cried when the broke up... cried my eyes out.

  • @emilyrl The Tea Party are going to be Reuniting at ONTARIO's BAYFEST SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL on JULY 9th 2011. This will be the first time in 6 years they have played together.., just thought I would let you and everyone that sees this know.., CHeerS!! O_o

  • @Rattlehead21345 Bob Rock ruined that band. Still love the other stuff very much, seen hem about 10 times.

  • @Shortstacklover seventh circle is awesome, ALL tea party is awesome. Jeff Martins solo stuff is good, but hell, i would love for him to regroup TTP. i've seen them live twice and it's the best live show i've seen, and i've seen near a hundred.

  • @Anjohl Interzone Mantras was like their 4th album

  • I love all albums except Seventh Circle, wich is utter crap, and Transmission maybe their best album, just tought I'd say, Jeff trying to make it on his own is pathetic...

  • Transmission terrible? Hardly. It's not industrial at all. There are a couple of vaguely industrial elements, but it's not remotely industrial. It's basically organic with an electronic undercurrent. Personally, I think it's a brilliant blend of eastern sounds with western electronics. It's a pioneering record in that respect. There weren't many mideastern/electro sounds around in '96. The sound has exploded since then.

  • AMEN. The first 2 albums, Alhambra, and Interzone Mantras are amazing progressive rock albums, with such amazing world music elements (particularly percussively). I have no idea why these guys are not talked about in the same senteance as Lep Zeppelin.

  • i want the them together again...I still can't understand how they didn't get the same success in the US as they had in canada, Americans missed out on a gem of a band.

  • One of my favorite bands of all time. It's funny, I can LISTEN to TRIPtych, Interzone, and Seventh (Transmission is terrible, Tea Party are NOT industrial), but I find the most tea Party-ish album after Twilight to be Jeff's new band Aramada, lol.
