Megadeth - Holy Wars (cover) (old)

Finally I've made my second cover, this time Holy Wars... The Punishment Due. Should've done this way earlier but wanted to wait until I got my new amp first. Most of the information is provided in the video, but just to waste your screen space I'll write them here as well.

Recorded the 5th and 7th (using a Pentax Optio M30), edited the 8th-10th and finally streamed and uploaded the 11th using Windows Media (640x480, 25 fps.) Video editing program used was Magix Music Maker 10.

Guitar: Washburn X16 G13 (with EMG 81 and 85).
Amplifier: Peavey 6505+ and an Ashdown Peacemaker 412A (rare) with Celestion G12E-50 speakers.

Settings:
Pre: 7,5
Low: 10
Mid: 0
High: 7,5
Post: 0,9 (too high would make it sound horrible with a dig cam)
Resonance: 10
Presence: 10

Strings: D'Addario Prosteels .009-.042
Pick: Dunlop Jazz III
Effects: Ibanez WD7 Weeping Demon

Note: The solos and the rest of the song were recorded separately.

I don't know honestly it's at the practice area. I JUST got it like three days ago I play a c7 hellraiser through it I'm thinkn maybe it's time to change my battery ?? Idk something is wrong because all these vids with the 6505 sound brutal

@AskiNgAdriaN17 AFAIK, if the tubes emit an orange light and it isn't pale or anything, they should be fine. If I've understood it correctly, the amp's brand new, so it might very well be your cabinet. Guitar batteries last for a VERY long time, usually like 2000 hours of playing (this applies to my EMG 81/85 set at least) IIRC, so I don't think that's your problem. So try to get a hold of another cabinet, maybe you could borrow one?
