@dqrp6435 Thanks for your comment. A: Temps dropped to around 45 Celsius for both cards under load, with an average ambient temp of 25 Celsius, so that's a delta temp of 20 degrees which is pretty good. B: I did not apply the thermal compound to the pads being applied to the memory.

@manssupar if it uses a reference PCB then there should be a block available for it. But I don't really know, EK has a cooling configurator to check.
