Sam's Marimba Recital

On September 3, 2008, at almost 2 1/2, Sam presented his first marimba recital at Brightfish Hall. His program, which he's been working on for months included "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star," "The ABC Song," and "Row, Row, Row Your Boat." Attendance was small (only Mom and Dad showed up) but not surprising given the impromptu nature of the concert. Sam promises to hire someone to publicize his next performance. Thanks! We call it "the beast" because it takes up most of our bedroom--the marimba, not the kid! (Though he can certainly be a beast, too!)

Thats not a good way to be treating a marimba.. Not the playing but how hard he is hitting it at some times.. NIce marimba :P WIsh i had one damn.. Im in percussion.. and WTF i was writing this when i was watching and why IN THE HELL would you let him just chunk the mallets?
