To consolidate power, the ploy of any tyrannical leader is always obvious. By amplifying a perceived threat, playing to public sentiment, fed by fits of fanaticism, it then becomes easy to issue new laws that will supposedly resolve the problem or threat. But, unbeknownst to the public the new laws will certainly never be favorable to the citizen, only to power. In the atmosphere of chaos and fear, dissenting voices become a political threat, enemies of the state.

this bill is scary, the hard earned rights of americans is quickly and silently fading away, and 9 of 10 of us could care less, this is scary, good point about the tax return,
