I continue to be impressed with the message delivered by Matt Kahn. I hear a profound perspective about life and about living an awakened life as a human being.

Thank you so much Matt. You're one of the clearest teachers I've found so far. My expansion has certainly speeded up since I started listening to you. Please keep these fantastic videos coming.

Thought is similar to dogs barking at sounds that have stimulated them . There barking means something has happened. But conjecture makes great books ,intelligent scholars, and makes bull crap into a mathematically verifiable structure so everyone can howl at the moon in unison. Which is a fine thing to do?

loved the insight about the mind being a comparing tool, it was super. it can only respond to what has already happened in reality and then make a preference or judgement on what it has just perceived. this helped me (the I) realize that all thoughts going on in my head is a reaction to what I have perceived, so my idea or aspirations of enlightenment are based on reactions so they are ultimately part of the illusion. very helpful insights, thanks a million.

Very cool mind is basically a cluster f%&k mechanism for the aftermath of emotion entanglement in most cases. Although as a technician having several trades in life automotive mechanics and water and wastewater operations and chemistry mind is a useful tool to analyze
situational functions of technical processes against know models and trouble shooting and maintaining there regular performance modes. In other words mind is good at operating tools. But tends to suck at structuring emotion.

Five stars is simply not enough for this video! Matt beautifully shares the mind's big trick: JUDGMENT:
"It's like seeing yellow and blue fireworks and wishing they were red and green. That's the only trick your mind has... noticing what happens and then after that saying what could have been that's different. That's all it can do." -Matt Kahn
And this: "You are here to be you. And you are an expression of it all. Can you notice that in everything you see?" -Matt Kahn

This was recorded at one of our live satsangs / group healing events in the Seattle area. The "sounds" are my Tibetan bells and bowls. Enjoy!
