This is Shouting Black, Alberto's theme from SRW MX.

Like mentioned before in the comments, this is an arrangement of Albero's theme. And shouting Black is the OGG version of Albero's theme, the original one was called Crying Black (By the way I also have uploaded that one).

That is because the song was recorded in low quality. Probably because of the video file size restrictions. I was going to record this song to put on my PSP but ended up getting it from the original PSF2 file. Yes, I agree, that Gespenst is truly bad ass looking. :)
