drangon ball z kai is just dumb in all its not even close as good as dragon ball z was when i was a kid. the thems in drandon ball kai is just retaredid like the goku them on drangon ball z kai was not even close as good as the dragon ball z one so drangon ball z wins by a long shot!!! XD

I think you're mistaken in saying this theme was never used on the show. I distinctly remember hearing this theme when the Buu Saga started. I can even remember the visuals that went along with the song cues ^^
