Php 16M?...in your wildest dreams. you can build a new big one for less than that!...the owners are fucking stupid. only stupid buyers will buy properties price this much by stupid sellers. the way real estate properties are priced in RP is subjective!!!whatever the seller think they can get for it...not what the market dictates! you got to be stupid to invest there!!

@jabberwocky1969 P16M...that's about $348K. that's a lot of house depending where you're at in the u.s....as i've said earlier cebu's real estate had reach market saturation. so many subdivisions and condos for sale but very few takers and prices are outragious! not all filipinos living in america or europe or middle east have wads of cash to afford this, who are they marketing for? locals? with average salary of P10K/mo. i see a huge market bust coming!

only dumb investors will buy this. RP is still not a suitable place to plunge your hard earned dollars and by all means...it's not cheap. properties are easy to buy there but hard to get rid off for a decent profit. the worst part is, other than their commission agents add more to the asking price. stupid sellers, stupid agents...hence there may be stupid buyers who are willing to pay stupid prices!

@gandangpuki Yeah, I'd agree. Maybe 12m depending on bad I wanted it. Seems like the best plan is to just rent in the Philippines and just wait for a seller to come to their senses. Investing more than $300,000 in the Philippines seems like not such a good idea, no matter how nice the house.
