  • great vid..from malaysia..just quick question, how about taking people photo with nice background, can we still use the filter? thanks

  • @jamalsilv3r of course you can. Just beware that depending on the shot, you may get strange effects on skin if people are wearing makeup.

  • thank you so much from Taiwan. So, do I leave the filter on for indoor shooting?

  • @power4jessica - Take the polarizer off if you are indoors!

  • Fantastic, you are so polite and humble, clear explanation.

  • 2 People don't have polarizing filters...

  • You just earned a subsriber man... great vid... clear instructions and explanations... great examples as well.. CHEERS!!

  • This is great. i will def subscribe. thanks!

  • Thanks for the video. This is by far the best tutorial on CPL that I have come across with. When others teach using your fingers as gun ("the barrel and hammer approach"), your visual is spot on (heck, I even had to bing the parts of a gun to know which is barrel and hammer).

The panning of the camera in your video to show how CPL can make the sky uneven, or at wide angle is also a million times better than blogs demonstrating them through pictures.

    Thank you for the effort.

  • thanks man..

  • thank u
