Today I did a deceivingly tough workout called 'The Bear'. It consisted of:
Seven Reps (x7) without putting the bar down of:
- Power clean (to) Front squat (to) Push jerk (to) Back squat (to) Push jerk
Then take a break, add more weight and do 5 rounds. The idea being when you get to your last set you're toast. You also can not put the bar down, which burns your forearms big time.
The video is my last set, push jerks are a real weakness for me, so I could only really do it at 95lbs.
