This is just a quick vid response to show how we light charcoal for incense using our stove.
* This isn't the most aesthetically pleasing way to light incense, but for us it is a practical method.
* I've been asked if using this method would mean that the charcoal wouldn't last as long. Not in my experience. The charcoal usually lasts anywhere from one to two hours.

well, thank you! last night, attempting to light incense, i could have made a video demonstrating everything that can possibly go wrong in the process, including burned clothing, dozens of dead matches, two emptied firestarters, singed fingers.... a companion piece to this, perhaps. can't wait to go fire up my stove!
