its actualy really easy to kill giants on expert mode, you just have to stand on a rock, or climb up the side of a mountain so they cant reach you. them shoot arows into them. but since they cant reach you they run away and tak cover. so you have to get down, let them come at you, then quickly get back up. this method works for anything in the wild bears, giants, trolls,ect. (it works on everything exept dragons and things with majic and bows) try it for yourself.

usually best strat i found is to keep your distance and just occasionaly poke them with arrows. eventually they die, and its much easier if you have unrelenting force shout (all three words discovered).
nevertheless, great clip i lol@ your humor. "if the dragonborn cant kill it, surely an actual dragon can!?"

How i kill a giant is just get to a place where they can't get me, and shoot them with a bow till they die, great way to level ur bow to. Also if u wanna sneak, just find a good hiding spot, shoot the giant then hide. Rinse and repeat :D!
