IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHERS TO CONTRIBUTE, CONTACT ME! Love him or hate him, Keith Olbermann has found a winner in my book with his new weekly segment "Fridays with Thurber," in which he reads from the great American Renaissance Man, James Thurber. I will endeavor to post these as I can, because i believe this to be important. No one reads anymore! I also realize that I am behind in the game on this one, but that's ok, because I love these segments.

  • what channel is this on and who is this guy? I'm over in england so im clueless as to what this is...I dont see many people reading short stories on telly. Love Thurber though, and this story!

  • @undergodot He is Keith Olbermann, a former sportscaster frm ESPN who made a successful transition to political commentary from an American Liberal point of view on MSNBC. He is currently on Current TV, which I'm not too sure broadcasts across the pond. He reads these in honor of his late father,

BTW, my best friends are from England, so kudos to you!
