Do you cut your amv's directly in AE or with Vegas?

@SayaChanX3 lol cutting amv directly into ae could be pain....but i usually make my amv in after effects cauz i ve already cutted my clips in sony vegas. so i just need to arrange things in ae like we do in vegas...
