Typical news hype fear mongering. You don't say that bus drivers are putting the public at risk while showing a video of a guy taking on his cell phone when the bus isn't in motion.
I understand the risk of drivers using their cell phones or even a hands-free device while they are driving and it should not be allowed.
Yes it's against the rules but it doesn't warrant the scary music and PEOPLE IN DANGER hyperbole.
