hey guys i think i got the lighting a tiny bit better but its just really hard to get it perfect..:/ but i need some ideas for future vids so message me some ideas or leave a comment and i will see it:) thanks for the support btw!.

The lighting is definitely good this way and your arms are looking great. I don't know if it's the lighting or how you've been working out lately, but your biceps do look bigger and very solid!
