@greenmonkey1971 Yes, some of the images were clearly of Miller's Point and Sydney Harbour.

God I can smell the 80s!

Should have shot the whole clip in Brisbane - God knows all the southern acts don't come up here to film theirs.

The shot from 1.50 is a tram turning from Spring St into Bourke St in Melbourne. You can see the Commonwealth Bank skyscraper down the street

Not only is this perhaps one of the best visual paeans for Oz and for how good antipodean pop song writing can get, but I think it's also the best advert for using the now-extinct Kodachrome cine film. Nothing else looks like it, and nothing else can capture a mood like this — not even digital manipulation. Then again, no one can sound like Grant, and we've lost him, too.
At least there's one year left to shoot Kodachrome 35mm still film. And yes, it yields colours just like this still.

Wâw, I used to love Milky's "Just The Way You Are", today, I've learnt they had used this track, and at this very moment, I'm discovering this vid and loving it.
A bit of St Etienne's urban visual poetry, for me, that's so nice.
