Well, since there are so many Doctor Who music videos using "I Can't Decide," it seemed like the most obvious thing to do was use "Return to Oz" instead.
I hope you enjoy this music video, and I hope you find it better-edited than my first use of the song.

I love how you showed a lonely/self destructive side of the Master (as opposed to the insane/homicidal side that is so overdone in videos). Really does him justice. Lovely song as well. Scissor Sisters+the Master is just a golden combo whatever the song. Good work!
