nope, the shadow on the ground is the reflection (like a mirror) of the wall. if you stop at 0:04 u can see the shadow at the wall is the same as the one at the floor. therefore the shadow process goes like this..... light at the left side -> people standing -> light blocked -> shadow formed at the wall -> the shadow at the wall appeared to be on the floor by reflection -> now it looks like a ghost cos ppl think the reflection on the floor is its leg but no one is standing at the end.

actually the light is flashing from the left side at the end of the corridor (i believe there is a room) and someone must be walking inside it.

At 0:05, you can see the shadow's head had what looks like a Jerry Curl hanging over the forehead....
