I always knew someday someone would invent what Tom Cruise used in MR. Nice to know someone is evolving technology to achieve it already, though it's in the "wright bros flyer" stage right now.

its more easy using the kinect XD

Fake? What a stupid-ass thing to say. This technology is very current and is being used in limited fashion. It's a "PROTOTYPE" of what was used in Minority Report, which was indeed "faked" but the real technology exists!

HOLY SH*T. I WANT THAT IN MY HOUSE. THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE.

@a1mint Go over to ted.com and look up John Underkoffler, he's the inventor of the Minority Report data interface. It is 100% real, and he even says within 5 years when you buy a computer it will come with one.

Completely FAKE. Images aren't moving based on hand gestures at ALL.
Instead, what's REALLY happening here, is that it's all pre-programmed, and the guy practices how he should move his hands.
In some cases, the pictures even move BEFORE the guy moves his hand.
FAKE !

No, it is not fake. Thousands of people used the system. It was back in 2004, so I have no commercial/whatever interest in writing this (I never sold this system, by the way, it was only a research prototype). Your (wrong) impression is due to the fact that the system was touchless, i.e. sensed the user hand also at some distance (about 25cm) from the screen surface. Regards and compliments for your deep insight in interactive technology.

Right! It's for public spaces, short and intense interaction experiences...
