She is scaring the shit out of people, nobody is bullying here, but of course they won't bell nice and friendly to some crazy lady screaming on the subway. difference between fitting into societys norms and screaming like a retard in public places and scaring everyone.

@magicidiot12345 Yeah, you're right, it's laugh out loud funny when people treat someone poorly because of their mental health issues. I am sorry I didn't realize that earlier. I will be sure to ridicule people who do not fit into society's norms the next time the opportunity arises. Thank you for setting me straight.

@kermit9978 It has been a few years since I have seen her, at that time she would have clean clothing on in the morning which led us to beleive (co-workers at a social service agency) that she did. I don't know what her situation is now. She used to hang out in Cabbagetown/Regent Pk area

That is Franny. She is not an immigrant. She is not homeless. She was hit by a car and sustained injuries that impared her mentally as well as physically (you may notice the limp), people are really mean to her and she gets upset very quickly. She got hooked on painkillers and that led to her taking stronger drugs, I think she is taking crack now, which doesn't help her mental state. She is harmless and I wish people would leave her alone.
