Too many infos? I don't think so! It was a brilliant episode once again. The Loire Valley, my favorite reds as well (the Cabernets from Saumur or St Nicolas anyway, not the Pinot Noirs from Sancerre!). Menetou-Salon is my favourite Sauvignon Blanc but you're absolutely right, the Chenins are amazing! Don't change anything, you're the best!!!!!

Muscadet sur lie, love it. Ceap and crispy, perfect with sea food.
