Libya is united? how ?... The country is going through a civil war and no government is in power... nor do we see light at the end of the tunnel.

As for Gaddafi I think when he asked the tribes of Libya to stand ground in tripoli, he meant against NATO and the rebel traitors but not against each other as we have witnessed in the past few days.
