  • You can use wire wipers inside of the machine and pre-clean it.  You can also use a lubricant impregnated wire wiper. Also, a new tip will help prevent the wire burning back. Another thing as well is to use a .045 liner with .035 wire - an oversized liner will last for years and years. Miller won't tell you about it because they like to sell 30.00 liners. Also, what many people don't understand is you want the drive wheel tension to drive the wire but not force it since will buckle

  • Thank you for all the tips. I make a passing mention of the wiper in video 5 and the other stuff is all stuff I should've mentioned. Like the wire tension I do without even thinking about it.
