  • I wonder would this work if u used white chocolate nut cookies

  • @wetwetmutoni I think just about any cookie would be great! -Cindy

  • I was wondering if you can put the ingrediants in the description box. That would be really helpful

  • @SoSickOfYou1101 The best way to get the ingredients and directions for all my recipes is to go to our website: HarwoodPodcast(dot)com. There you can either download the recipe (to keep in a file on your computer) or print it out. -Cindy

  • omg i have never seen a 2 cup measuring thingy

  • @girly24566 It's great for getting things done just a bit quicker. It kind of freaks people out a little, though :) I get lots of emails whenever I use it! -Cindy

  • @harwoodpodcast lol thanks for responding!

  • GREAT !!!!!

  • @harwoodpodcast oh i see! i guess that makes sense! well for me i guess its better to let it be room temperature since i mix everything by hand. My mom wont let me have an electric mixer because our kitchen is tiny. But thank you for explaining it!

  • @andreashim11 I never bring my butter to room temperature, but I always cut it up into cubes before I cream it. I used to follow "the rule" of letting butter come to room temperature, but I found that many times the butter was just too soft and the batter/dough I was making just didn't have the body that I wanted it to have. I'm thinking "the rule" was invented before we had awesome mixers and when people had to mix everything by hand with a wooden spoon. Just a theory :) - Cindy
