I love your positive attitude, you are a total champion. My baby has excema and I am going to do more research on apple cider vinegar, cutting out sugar and chocolate and taking more Omega 3s in my own diet as I am breastfeeding and if I consume these things, my baby gets the - perhaps it will cure his excema...will let you know! Brilliant work, be proud of yourself.

@WiseMoo yea mines get worse in the winter so how much does vitamin d3 cost anyway
-
does it have to be virgin oil or just regular cocunut oil

I've heard vitamin d3 has cured many ppl! Please google it. I'm taking vit d3 right now and there is a difference!! Also I heard zinc can cure it too. Eczema is a symptom of zinc deficiency. Those who get it worse during the winter TRY vitamin d3. Please help yourself by googling it! All the doctors tell me supplements don't help. Well they're wrong and just want money. It pisses me off just thinking about it

@SnotRockets55 I haven't gone to any creams, and I won't do it, I want to make my body healthy. With that said, my hands are getting better. There is such a big difference, as to the was it was when I started, and the way they are now. I'm sticking with what's the right thing to do, and not go to the doctors.

@SKETCHingpsychOPATH If they're that severe, I can't say enough to just scrap this remedy - at least temporarily until it's under control - and just haul ass to the doctor. The past few weeks my hands have been really bad and the itching and oozing and splitting were unbearable, and washing them felt like rubbing soap and water all over concrete, and I was having a hard time bending my fingers too and some pain. I'm just three days into the steroid cream and I feel like I got my hands back.
can you apply the apple cidre vinegar to your neck and other affected areas also?

@XxPinoyBroxX well I give the advice, some people just refuse to believe it and that is their choice. Yes coconut oil is very beneficial and amazing after a workout.
