  • Thanks Nicko they look very good.

and im sure they taste even more so.

  • Too much butter ..

  • Can I fry onion and carrot before I put in the butter?

  • hi rob!! not to many people like to fell the smell of the lamb!! how i could kill that smell before i cook it? i like the smell but not my family..lol

  • @Nazally no. it doesn't taste liquory, you don't taste the alcohol but there is an extra level of taste due to the wine. If you don't like wine or just don't want alcohol in the dish, you can substitute the wine. I did one with wine and another without. I used cranberry juice with added lemon juice as a wine substitute. The final outcome doesn't taste exactly the same but it is still yummy. @Robjnixon What would you recommend as a wine substitute?

  • great.......
