If an Arab dictator want someone to blame, it is always Israel, and the people are buying it. The nationalist Palestinians, like Arafat, instead of developing a country are trying to take us out. @shishlik86 do the palestinians ask israel for permission to build in the west-bank? no. so why should israel ask the palestinians?... this was never 'palestinian land', it was ottoman state owned, and its currently disputed.
