@TheMamaruby ACTUALLY, it was the FIRST time the incorporation of VOCAL & TALK was done on a SUPREME song (got to wonder whose IDEA it was). back then, such a thing was unheard (pun intended) of. we were stunned to hear DR go back and forth from singing to 'rap' (LOL). INDEED, it was probably help the song to SHOTTTT to number ONE as fast as it did!!! btw: DR'S VOCALS: OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ULike2Love we all know that but she wouldn't have became the star she is today without florence, florence was the one who started the group and we all know the supremes jump started her successful solo career(talking about ross). who knows maybe she would have became a star without ever being in the group but that's a what if

I love the Supremes but what used to annoy me was that they would sing this heart breaking songs and still be grinning (mostly Ross). It doesn't fit.
