Its because you are the one causing the collisions sitting still not going with traffic. Just because the sign is marked 45 you are allowed to go 10mph above that. If not GET THE FUCK OVER TO THE RIGHT LANE AND STAY THERE SO I CAN PASS YOUR SLOW ASS!

No suprise here. You impede traffic to the point people are passing you on both sides. The only danger is you riding in the middle lane with a camera on, 10 mph slower than everyone else.
