@Ceruleanbeam No, it is not a German U-boat. It is an American, probably Gato class fleet boat.

@mrbackspace12 Yes, but there are two possible reasons. One, it was captured by the German Kriegsmarine, (simply for role playing reasons). and two, it was a custom mission so he could just sink an ocean liner.
