Warren Madden often frequently fills-in on The Weather Channel when one of the head meteorologist was unavailable, as well as Local Forecast videos for the metro and regional areas from weather.com webpage.
I distinctly remember this... good times. I also remember that drought we had, a lot of water restrictions. The series of snowstorms we had in 2002/2003 followed by a lot of rain in the Spring of 2003 ended that drought quickly, though.
