Arrest Yourself 2010 - Global Action for Burma

Each year, we ask supporters around the world to give up 24 hours of their time to show our solidarity with Aung San Suu Kyi and Burma. We call this global event Arrest Yourself. Ever year, hundreds of supporters from all over the world participate in this global action to bring awareness to the freedom struggle in Burma, one of the worlds longest in history.

Aung San Suu Kyi has been locked up for 15 of the last 21 years. She is one of the 2,200 political prisoners of conscience who are serving lengthy prison sentences because of their rightful political conviction and aspirations.
